Miscellaneous: No item names when inspecting

Looking for some suggestions. For the past few weeks I haven't been able to get item names when holding down right click when inspecting myself/other players. I have made sure my "Allow Context Menu" button is pushed in, and I have restarted my computer dozens of times. Any suggestions?

That's classic. You can still hover or hold alt for the name of the item though.

I've had this issue and it fixed when i restarted my computer, restarting the client never did the trick.

Restarting has not fixed this issue. Also hold mouse over item will not show item name

Did you try like Doctor Jeff suggested and holding Alt when hovering over items?
