NPC Spawn Issue: Larik Z`Vole

Hello, is this mob in game (Lfay obelisk)? I have yet to see him spawn. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Was just wondering if the mechanics have been altered from live? There's a decent Howto on ZAM.
