Stuck in place when Levitation wears off...

Searched for a fix on this with google, and went through a few pages of this sub forum seeing if it was a known issue. Might be a bug but I seem to be the only person I have talked to in game experiencing it.

Any time levitation wears off, if I am not firming on the ground, my characters get stuck in place. I am stuck for a random amount of time, few seconds to few minutes to finally giving up and recasting levitation so I can move again.

I have also experienced this with shrink and casting illusions if I am not on level ground.

Happy to post this in bug forum if its a bug, but I assume it would be more widespread if it were.

Hoping its just something I have setup wrong and someone can help.
