Permission to Play EQ

Every time I log on it's "do you want to grant permission to EQ to blahbalah" I used to just click yes in center of my screen somehow it got moved to a corner on my second monitor so i have to drag it up then click it lol. Super annoying.

any advice to 1) get rid of it or 2) move it!?
