Default Couple of Newb questions

Is there a way to make my buffs have a timer that shows?

I have one spell bar. Can I open another one somehow or do I have to cast Buffs and reload new spells into the spell bar?

How do I tell what buffs another person has on them allready? Or just ask them.

Thanks in advance.

1.) eqinterface.com -or- do a forum search for something like "UI" to find other people's ui's and gather more information.

2.) No, you can not have a second spell bar. In fact, it wasnt until Omens of War (the 8th expansions) that you could spent AA points to obtain a 9th spell slot. But, you can still right click your spell book icon under your spell gems to save/load/delete spell "presets". They will most likely be removing this feature when kunark drops, however, so make sure you set up your spell sets you want before the release!

3.) You have to ask people what buffs they have, unless you can obviously tell that they're SoW'd or what not.
