New DC'ing Issue from Char Select to Game

I always seem to have the problem of being DC'ing on a random zoning or log out, but lately (within the last week) I'll log out to Char Select just fine, but when I go to Log back in (switching from 1 toon to the other for an Xfer for example) once I click "Enter World" on the new toon, it boots me back to log-in and shows that character is in the world and I have to wait for him to drop out to log-in again. Any clue what this might be or how to fix it?
