Quest Issue: Cargo Clockwork final turn-in

The final step of the "Cargo Clockwork" quest in Steamfront mountains is not working. The Clockwork does its round, the bandits spawn, and the heads can be looted. But the quest giver (Jarah Reskan) simply hands the heads back with no dialogue when they are given to her.

Then again, maybe this isn't a classic quest, since it gives a decent item and can be done below level 30 (ba-dum-*CHHH*).

Quest was not finished until SoL or later, so when they fixed it, they put in a reward equivalent to the times. OP for classic.

Correct. The reward for this didn't exist in classic.
