A search of my logs shows that I've never seen one for sale in EC [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] A couple of people trying to buy it, so maybe there is hope?

I'm certain it does not exist or one would be on the server by now. Probably added during SG revamp. If it does exist now, it would easily go for 100k, since the only other high end lutes are from Veeshans Peak and Plane of Hate

they removed the shimmering sea spirits from SG when they revamped it and I wager they put the drums on this mob since they axed the former mob that dropped it

99% sure this doesn't exist currently on P99. The AM guys that were selling PoH loot rights were charging 50k for Kellin's Seven Stringed Lute loot rights which is also a 24 mod and Secondary only so it would probably be more than that since it's droppable, likely closer to 100k like Branamil said.
