Where's the *char*_*server*.ini?

I wanted to do some customization on some hotkeys and whatnot, and this used to be able to be done through the *charname*_*servername*.ini file. However, after inspecting the installation folder, I can't seem to find that ini file anywhere. Any ideas?

exactly where its supposed to be, right in your EQ main directory ...

Yeah, it's not there. Buds have it in theirs though. My screenshots folder doesn't appear either. I know it's the right directory since I installed a custom UI that works. Just some files and folders are mysteriously absent. It's weird.

AppData is a hidden folder you will need to make these visible.
