Game Mechanics: Root aggro mechanics bugged.

Root is no longer giving aggro to the closest target, it seems to be bugged at the moment.
The circumstance where this was noticed was duoing with an enchanter and his pet was not keeping aggro when I got close to the mob, it would turn and attack me.

Also, troll regen seems to be bugged too but there is already a post up on it.
