Game Mechanics: Small but interesting chanter bugs

No this isn't a PBAE complaint!

First is that chanter pets upon dismissal (only tried it with reclaim energy, may be diff if you tell them to go away) are hitting themselves for 2 billion and one hps of damage instead of saying "Sorry to have failed you". No real net effect difference I suppose.

Second is that chanter pets are attacking folks who have missed you in their attacks instead of needing for them to hit you for at least 1 damage.

Loving this patch, really has the classic feel of patch day to it and no I'm not being facetious!

Chanter pets always did attack when someone missed you. This was a bug fix.
