sp-1 error

after patch couldnt log on game, noticed the v45 files needed to be "placed in directory"

not sure what that ment. i Downloaded files. unzipped them opened eq titanium and dropped them in. that didnt work so i opened the spell folder and placed the v45 folder there. no luck .

anyone able to help?
