Freezing

One of my toons is frozen in EC when I log In, My other toons are fine but are in other zones

Did you recently resize one of your chat windows? Putting /auction or some other chat to a very small window can cause the game to freeze.

You can renaming / deleting your UI_<charactername>_project1999.ini file and see if that helps the issue.
