P99+Titanium Client Dizziness/Nausea

On the Project1999 server with Titanium Client I get headaches/neasea within 5 minutes, however on the Rain of Fear Client and other servers no problems.
I'm guessing it could be the Field Of View settings? Does anyone have suggestions or have had a similar problem?

Not sure if there's a method to change FOV but generally just sitting further back from the monitor will prevent that sort of thing (I get it from console ports that have no FOV sliders).
