Default Windows 10 Update Lowers Frame Rate

Last two automatic updates (fucking windows I dont know how it turns this on!) have substantially lowered frame rates in the game for me. I roll back and its fine but I wonder if anyone else has this problem?

mick, post some details about your computer...is it a laptop with nvidia optimus by chance? updates have caused the settings in the nvidia control panel to stop using the nvidia card on EQ and back to the integrated chip for me..once I reset that option, back to golden [You must be logged in to view images. I think? My PC runs most modern games, its a desktop. Its fairly new, but I am not super computer savy so to use a metaphore, I'm kind of like, wandering around in lguk right now on a level 30 who's never been there basically.

hit your windows button + r and in the box that comes up type dxdiag, post the screen that comes up here

thanks gildor, I blocked out the computer name cus I have no idea if any of this info will somehow result in me losing my entire life's savings lol

also this one under display, I run the game in windowed mode, not full screen FYI if that makes a dif
