Default Playing on another PC

I installed EQ a few weeks ago on my pain PC, it took all day to get it working and to be honest I can't remember how I did it. To install it on another PC (in a different location):

1) Is this allowed? (different IP address, same EQ account)
2) Can I just copy the whole EQemu folder onto an external hard drive and run it from that? I want to avoid the whole mounting hard drives and deleting Nek forest zone etc if possible.

Thanks for any help.

As long as you don't run two clients on one PC, you're fine.

Yes, you can just copy the entire folder and it should work. However you may want to delete any screenshots, logs and character-specific files from the copy, and maybe eqclient.ini too. None of that will hurt anything, it will just give your preferences/character logs, etc. to the new install which doesn't need them.

Yes. You can sign into your account from a completely unique IP address every single day for all they care. Sharing your account with others is also 100% kosher - not advisable, but totally legal and not anything you need to hide from the staff. You don't have to worry about getting flagged for boxing if you do this because every account has an IP block, meaning you can't accidentally sign into the same server that your account is signed into elsewhere - you'll just get a message that says you already have a character in game, and you won't be able to get to the character select screen for that server until the other person signs out.

You can run multiple clients if you're playing on a different server with the other instance(s) of the client. For example, you can load up two clients, sign into P99 blue on one, then sign into P99 red on the other, all using the same account and you're totally fine. Or you can sign into P99 on one, and the EZ server on the other, etc. That's all perfectly fine, and advisable, because other servers are underpopulated. Do a boring camp on P99 blue, level up a character on a different server simultaneously, etc.
