Graphic glitch: only see blue/sky in certain direction

I have a new graphics glitch that seems to have just started. Whenever I face a certain direction, my screen shows nothing but blue and the top of the sky. It's on all of my characters in all zones and started yesterday. I've made no changes other than to create a new character yesterday.

Anyone experience anything like this or have any ideas. It's really becoming annoying.
