Miscellaneous: Skills Above Level 40

So i have noticed that once you get above level 40 as a Shadow Knight Offense and 1hb no longer go up. They 1hb not going above 200 fine whatever. But if you get 5 points per level should go up to 250. Offense though is not increasing above 200 should be going up considering Defense still goes up above 200. I could personally see for a hybrid that the spell skills would stop at 200 which don't. And that the melee part would still increase. If you could look into it would be great.
