Worth It?

I played on red for a bit, took a break and now that apparently red is dead I decided to come back to play some Velious on blue with a fresh char. So far it has been fun, definitely somewhat more enjoyable being able to do other stuff while being logged in without the fear of pvp.

My only concern is that even just playing for 3 days up to level 15 I have ran into a disturbing number of autists that either ruin the group, zone, whatever it is they are involved in. For example, I was soloing and some fungi twink runs through the camp leaves no mobs and then bitches about having to waste platinum on a potion or something. Another example would be we were grouping and a higher level decides to come kill our camp to farm bone chips. What are the rules regarding people like this? On red PVP was the solution, What can I do on blue?

Is it worth leveling up to 60 and if so how many hours does it take? How autistic is the raid scene, does only 1 guild control everything? Can red pp still be transferred to blue or is that now illegal? Is it too late to start fresh and get into it, or is it too late?
