Please Help

Whenever I try to run P1999, I get the following error:

You cannot attach a debugger while playing Project 1999 ...

But I'm not running any debugger that I know of. I was able to play earlier today. The only change I made was that I installed Avast Pro antivirus and ran a full system can with Super AntiSpyware Free

Please help.
