I know Jaggedpine didn't release until mid 2002. Just curious if anyone knows if there is plans to add this zone at all.

Probably not, would be cool though. Nothing really game-breaking in there. This flowed really well with the rest of the continent.

Maybe in the future they'll decide to put it in. I mean, there is very little past this point scheduled so makes sense to add small non-classic-immersion-breaking content.

Mana regeneration is just the new name for Flowing Thought (which definitely did exist before Luclin).

As for Jagged Pine, it's clearly outside the "classic window" of time, but it's also very "classic" in nature (it's in Antonica, there are no space cats, etc.), so I wouldn't rule it out entirely. However, my guess is the devs are chomping at the bit to make their own non-classic classic content once they finally finish with Verant's classic classic content, so they'd probably rather do that then add one more "convert Verant's stuff" project for themselves.
