Server issues

Hello, for some reason when I try to join the blue server it tells me that the OP has a temporary block on it. Can anyone help me out with that?

This wouldn't happen on the red server. Joking aside, it can happen if you're logging in after a recent disconnect - or if you're trying to log a second character without an IP exemption.

IP exemptions are for 2 people who want to play together, not for boxing etc.
