Merchant cap is 158, I did 80 Othmir cap combines was successful on 8, that put me at 160.

Did 20 Halfling cultural masks / 48 Black panther bracers, was successful on 3 masks, only 1 bracer. That put me at 170 tailoring.

97 Black panther masks combines, was successful on 3, skill went to 178.

99 Black panther collars, 15 Othmir cap combines, made 7 caps and 4 collars, put me at 186 tailoring.

Success rate isn't very high for tailoring combines in Velious, depending what you want made some are worse then others, wiki doesn't show what P99 trivial is for all of them, just "classic" values. I believe the Arctic / Othmir / Cobolt is a lot lower then the fansy Black Panther / Haze Panther / Ice Burrower Armor combines. https://wiki.project1999.com/Velious_Tailoring.
