Miscellaneous: NPCs Turning Around Upon Quest Turn-In

Hey all,

I've noticed as a Rogue that when handing in a quest while using hide/sneak, the NPC immediately turns around upon receiving an item. In the early EQ this did not happen, as you could utilize hide/sneak to turn in quests to KOS NPCs (even Cazic Thule for the Whistling Fists), without having them turn to face you. As far as I can recall, the NPC only turned around if you were both visible and hailed them.

Merchants also exhibit the same behavior, though that's not really as much of an issue since merchants have a faction bottom of dubious.
