Red Flower of Functionality (different from the rest?)
For some reason only the RED FLOWER can be used from both RANGE / HEAD?
Is that correct? because that's how it is now post update. Couldn't find where the red flower was somehow special or different from the rest.

This may be correct.
If you look at Lucy item history for the other 4 flowers, you will see they added RANGE slot to all of the other 4 flowers some time in 2013 (atleast thats when Lucy parsed out the change). The Red flower however doesn't show this change in its history.
