One-zone server

If there was a PvP server with single item loot and 8 level PvP range, containing just one zone, allowing all classic (up to Velious) races/classes, what zone should it be?

Has to contain lvl 1 to level X mobs to allow for leveling as high as possible and ideally some loot drops.

in east common lands you could go from 1-50 maybe. Killing the guards and griffons? Guard Reskin at that first Inn from 20>35ish and then Griffons from 35-45? And then Sgt Slate ?

I actually investigated EC extensively for this precise purpose.

The only non merchant mob you could reasonably exp on up to 60 IS Slate. My DB isn't P99's but pretty close now, at least as far as EC is concerned.

There is also a serious level gap between 25 and 35 where everything but Slate is green but Slate is way too hard.

It is a server idea I put a week worth of work in already, spells are done, rules mostly done etc. Lots still to do.

Btw as far as single zone picking, I kinda lile BB, Lfay and FoB - but FoB probably has to be ruled out because of obvious faction hell.

I gotta check Reskin I guess, but still just one mob to exp on is not enough I'm afraid... unless repop timers are seriously decreased.

Can't be done without custom content or some kind of token system and a vendor accepting tokens for items.
