Shuriken Star Graphic Not Showing

-When equipping a shuriken star, the graphic comes up as nothing (no graphic at all). While before, I would see the star in hand.

-When throwing a shuriken star, the graphic shows a small brown bag being thrown instead of a star, very odd.

I was hoping it would just be a graphic file missing, but have not been able to solve the issue as of yet.
