Using lower level clerics in a pinch. POssible ?

I don't play a cleric but my guild is currently short on high level clerics most days. if we have a 40-45 cleric instead of a 60 cleric, other than Aego and mana pool and static agro range, any reason we couldn't use him for noobish raids (think level 60 tank vs mid forties to low fifties trash mobs.

Someone mentioned if you are a lower level cleric you are more likely to peel agro off your tanks then a 60 would, is that true? Any other concerns we can try to plan around?
