NPC Spawn Issue: Zordak Ragefire bugged?

If anyone has seen or done Zordak Ragefire since the patch came up, please feel free to reply and correct me.

Zordak Ragefire does not appear to be popping at the moment, I have been on his spawn point for the better part of 29 of the last 30 hours and have not seen him or logged any textual evidence of him spawning. Magi and the lair fire giants were fully popped when I began, which would most likely not be the case if a kill had occurred <1 hour before I began watching.

When the server came up Monday morning, he was not present at his spawn location, which is atypical for a server outage which does not respawn Lord Nagafen.

Has Zordak's spawn behavior been altered, either purposefully or accidentally?
