Magician epic, Magi P'Tasa, Plane of Hate

What's the deal with this dumb vampire jerk? Allakhazam posts about his spawn time are inconsistent, ranging from 72 minutes with placeholders to 72 hours with variance, and don't really reflect how things are on P99 anyways. There was a time beginning around February when we were going up to Hate 1-2 times per week for several months (even now we head up pretty regularly) and I've only seen him twice, neither spawns dropped the earth staff. Practically every other mini is always up when we go, except Vicar M'Kari who I've also only seen once.

Is a small group of sockers sniping him every time he spawns? Is he just that rare? What a dumb bottleneck.

They all on I believe 8 hr timers up there. Is definitely one of most saught after mobs up there.

In the raid that I got my staff on live. Two Magi's spawned and both dropped staff. The rates on p99 seem borked. Maybe intentional. Wish i had proof of the actual live rates
