Tripple Soothsayer Dregzak, 2x Earring of Essence

Today when logging in in Droga , I saw Soothsayer Dregzak up . Someone probably had farmed him and left him up as its (correct me if im wrong please) possible to see certain shoulder graphics when hes wearing Mantle of Mirth.

Correct, he dropped Mantle of Mirth.

But then on repop, he spawns AGAIN, this time with no graphics but plain goblin shoulders (pinkish for shaman mob) - and indeed he drops Earring of Essence!

But then on 3d repop he spawns AGAIN!!! And he drops another Earring of Essence! Luckily I had my alt parked there so I could loot it up as well [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

So in summary, 3x named pops in a row ie total 1 hourish, and TWO!! Earring of Essences :P seriously , ive never had it that easy there, its always like maaany PHs for up to 5-6 hours before he even spawns, and 5/6 times he drops Mantle of Mirth.
