Game Mechanics: Plane of Sky Teleporter pad

Yesterday my guild (Clue) had two groups go to Plane of Sky to kill Gwan for my character's (Mayadar) epic progression. No mobs were up on Isle 1, so I purchased 3 keys for 3 of us to go to Isle 1.5. We planned to try and get him to Isle 1. My two guildmates keys worked fine at the teleporter, my key would not work for some reason. I also could not get a "to far to interact" message or a "you must be holding a key message" to come up. Total losses for me were 535pp x3. I am fairly new to P1999, and play a monk. That pretty much wiped all of my platinum. Is it possible to get resolution on this?

Submit a petition in the petition forum. Don't count on it though.

It wasn't bugged since your friends made it up just fine. Was this your first time in Sky?

Should of killed yourself and corpses your key then logged and tried again.

Like El said petition but generally they don't refund lost plat.

This is a known issue involving Plane of Sky. It doesn't affect everyone, or even most people. I'd guess it has something to do with Titanium not playing nice with certain hardware or drivers. If you keep fussing around the teleport spot it may eventually work, although it can be quite frustrating and some days it just refuses to function.

Lots of problems in Eq are fixed by setting your FPS to match that of your monitor's refresh rate.
