Final Turn In Shackle of Steel (VELTAR ATE MY SHACKLES!)
So I can confirm that I was 1) not invisible, 2) had all the correct quest items, 3) had completed the dialogue with Veltar and 4) I was definitely talking with Veltar...but he ate my two shackles and copper nickel key.
What now? Is there a GM who can help me? I petitioned but seem to recall we are supposed to send item-related problems out on the Project 1999 website. I really hope this helps. Very, very disappointed if my shackles are just lost | ||
