![]() specs are: Windows 10 Home; Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-5005U CPU @2.00GHz 2.00GHz Installed RAM 6.0GB System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor...my IP is my phone, I've used Sprint, HTC One M8 to connect. never once had an issue even doing intense things like running thru EC Tunnel during prime time, casting buffs, sending tells and talking in guild and trading with people all at once.. The issue is, I can get into game but then once in (for 3days now so far) I start out doing great but it only lasts for about 1-5minute time frames on average before it just gradually gets worse and worse, from /tells taking longer to send, to spell bar staying locked for a minute after casting before my spell will actually come up in combat log saying its casting and actually go off, to all of a sudden my logs stop but things are still moving around me somewhat, but if I try to cast is usually my test and ill notice that ive gone LD but haven't been actually kicked from game..again ive never had this issue before so I'm nearly positive it is not my wifi hotspot causing this. Though I have asked around in a Project 1999 group on facebook and the only person to respond with the same problem is also using a wifi hotspot off his phone to play. I have tried Reinstalling everything, ive checked all my files to be sure they say what they are supposed to, reset my computer, phone, updated prl and profile on phone, all to no avail..im really hoping there is a fix because this game has worked for me for a long while..hell long enough I have one character almost to 40, and another almost to 20 and several others in their teens lol..im at a total lose. it does not help I am not very tech savy lol..any help would be great towards finding a solution to this!

![]() Its your wifi. Thats the most logical thing that changed somehow. Did you go over your usage of data for the month and are being throttled maybe? You could try calling your phone company but i would guess they would mostly be clueless on the issue.

![]() I'm pretty sure its not my wifi hotspot. you said its the only thing that really changed but it hasn't. ive used the wifi hotspot since day one. I have never gone over my data so I doubt that I am being throttled..if I call sprint you are right they would prolly just feed me the usual "were working on our towers" b.s. lol ive called at times just to see even when theres no issue and that's what they tell me anyways lol..their go to excuse..
I don't think its the wifi though because I use my phone to wifi hotspot to get on this website, ive gotten on youtube with it after LDing on game, ive even used twitch or whatever to watch people play p99 live! lol..i honestly don't think its anything on my end but I'm still open to suggestions and will call sprint tomorrow but probably get the same go to response from them about their towers lol..but as I said before my wifi hasn't changed at all, ive used the same wifi hotspot to log almost every single time. may try mcdonalds tomorrow just to see though..really hope its not the case though..

![]() I didnt mean it was your wifi going out. I mean its some kind of settings in the wifi that have changed probably from the company. Either certain ports being blocked or something that just isnt getting through the connection anymore that use to. Yes if you can try it on another wifi and see if its still happening would be great. If it doesnt happen on the mcdonalds wifi then you have your culprit.

![]() If you are fine for 1-5mins and then it just shuts down I would also agree with your WIFI being the issue.
IF you have a way to make your desk portable to a hardline you can test and know for sure. Another way would be to log in and start turning everything off spells. chat windows, envir, and etc etc and wait and see what happens. But Since you said you already reinstalled and its still doing it though I'm pretty sure its your hotspot. Also even if you don't go over your data any kind of large traffic eventually gets throttled. Just the nature of the beast.
