Velios port tooth's

I went thru & collected all the port teeth including CS & stuck them in bank since I had no plans of going back for awhile. Ive died many times since then & just today I was cleaning up bank & all teeth are gone?!? Ive spoke with few others its happened to also,is this petition-able?
