Plane of Hate safe spot?

Is there a plane of hate safe spot on p99? Was looking to clear some trash and have a safe area to start from.

You port in and get aggro

Zone in is about as safe as it gets, just expect up to 10 mobs or so if you have a sub 60 port in (lower lvl higher aggro range)

Zone is pretty wonky with aggro so expect to die alot learning it

If the zone is fully spawned, you're going to get hit by various mobs as soon as you zone in. It's very easy to aggro through the walls, the ceiling, etc. Crowd control during break in is everything.

I have seen a full group of geared 60's break in and have absolutely no trouble at all. But I've also seen them wipe in under two minutes. Two well balanced groups is the sweet spot. The more 55+ the better.
