How come Empire raided uncontested? @casual scum/friends/tempest

Just wondering why empire raided uncontested while everyone cried about it instead of doing something about it.

Contested ever quest is surely more enjoyable than uncontested ever quest (for all parties involved).

Also I haven't seen any PVP contesting, this is like "griefing" I guess if you can call it that, trying to get people to quit instead of both sides having fun.

they quit on top from the raid scene

and are currently extremely relevant in the grief scene

dunno how you rank this kind of stuff statistically tbh and I think it depends on how wide or narrow the range of events you examine is

How exactly does one who kills mostly all Velious content in 10 hours or so a week get griefed off the server.
