Guilds recruiting and also providing help?

Hey All,

I'm coming back to EQ yet again, I've never been a high level player. In all honesty I think the farthest I ever got was level 15 or 20.

I just wanted to know if there are any guilds that may be recruiting at the moment that are open to helping players out that want to get into EQ some more and offer training, maybe some help with starting quests, and that sort of stuff?

I'm in the USA on the EST timezone, and am over 18 years of age (I'm 24)...

Additionally, I do have a headset but prefer not to use voice chat... but will if it is necessary.

I'm interested in questing and grouping up and eventually giving raids a shot.

I'm not new to MMO's... I tried EQ ages ago, then when EQ2 came out that became my obsession... and have tried most popular MMO's on the market. At the moment I do have subscriptions to WoW and FF14, although I am not totally obsessed yet... Finals this upcoming week, and no big summer plans. I'd love to get into EQ on P99... mainly because it seems that SOE / Daybreak just has gone away with the necessity to group up, and I just hate playing games when you're surrounded with people who are just playing with themselves... multiboxing included. I love grouping up and cooperating with others to get quests / tasks done...
