Dear guild leaders,
You may often sit there during raids and think "we need more clerics", "we need more rogues" or, indeed... "we need more everything" in some cases. Oftentimes you'll wonder what a potential applicant is looking for in a guild and try to fit at least part of your guild charter to what he/she/it can do for you, and also what you can do for them. Typically this involves helping them finish an epic, and in return they'll raid with you and continue to upgrade their gear. So make sure you have a guild charter that is relevant and applies to everyone. But hold on, what if your guild website is terrible or badly themed? Tsk tsk, that applicant is going elsewhere and you'll risk losing them to the competition! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Notice the grey/boring theme, with some terrible photoshop work of an old wrestling gimmick from 20 years ago? That won't do. Neither will telling your audience that you can't be bothered to update your news feed properly. Notice the user's lackadaisical approach to guild management. Friends, what this website needs is some COLOR, some FUN, some EVERQUEST in it! Dear Lord! It's a cry for help and no mistake! No wonder their guild recruitment is still open! Help is at hand however. Swish Guild Image Solutions can turn any bland/boring website into something vibrant and new. Good times, "family values" and togetherness (they even do guild meet ups!). One shortcoming of such a theme however is it doesn't showcase what your guild is capable of. Can't see your pictures because my work internet is administered by Nazi's, but fairly certain I would love everything in this thread.
