petition response time

Any of you guys know how long it usually takes to get a response to a post made in the petitions forum? It's been 10 days since I made my post about my suspended account (no idea why that is!), is there a chance I'm being ignored? (I gave my account name and number in the petition)

I have heard it can take several weeks - whatever you do, do NOT bump your thread or it will be sent to the "bottom" of the list...I have been told they start at the bottom and work up, so when you bump it puts it at the top and resets your position

If they haven't moved it to resolved, they'll keep seeing it.
