eq graphics on my laptop is all fucked up

it won't fullscreen, it's almost as if some setting on my graphics card still thinks that the actual monitor is the 2nd or something. as a result, when i load up eq it only shows like 66% of the actual screen, and i can mouse around to get to the other portions of the screen, but that is silly. alt+enter causes the window to sorta go through the motions of expanding, but then reverts back to the old size


i can post more info, although tbh i'm not sure what info you techies need.
