Default Game crash on launching .bat file

Good evening,
I've played on this computer before (as recently as last night) with no issue, but tonight I am unable to launch the game.

I click my bat file and it pops up a small back screen in the upper left quadrant for a brief moment.
Immediately following, my screen flickers between black and my desktop a few times before popping up a blank screen and the following error.

The instruction at 0x#### (This number changes each time I run the game) referenced memory at 0x00000000FFFFFFFC. (8x0's, 7xF's, and a C). The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Now. I realize that this is a memory reference, and I am currently running an sfc /scannow. Scan completed and found no integrity violations. And I have yet to restart my laptop. But I also wanted to mention that I'm wondering if it's possible that this occurred because my game crashes each time I go to camp to desktop or exit from the server screen.

The only changes I've made recently is fixing the eqclient config Video settings to match the non-windowed fullscreen mode to match my laptop's 1366x768 max resolution.

I appreciate any assistance that can be provided. Also, I have tried the Windows 10 troubleshoot compatability option as well.

I have also tried running the bat with the -window modifier as it seems to have problems launching into full screen mode.

System:
Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 CPU,
Sony Vaio VPCCW17FX,
GeForce G210M
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
4GB RAM
