Mac/Wineskin Mouse Issues

I'm using a Logitech m570 trackball wireless mouse in wineskin and having issues with lag. I have the Logitech device manager installed on the computer and never have a problem using it outside of wineskin/eq, but as soon as I use it in-game it won't work properly. Thoughts?
