I am trying to do this quest and I think it is broken.

1)say i am prepared to krofer

2)giants spawn(you can follow them and wait for them to despawn you do not need to do the fight scene although you can) if you have a tracker wait till they drop off takes about 25min
3)note from krofer back to krofer
note to drioc
note to hlesson
4)kill pectas easy pull to the icewell zoneline-get key
tablet from hlesson to corruduth on south shore under ice in IC
5)kill inco spirit on 6th floor tofs(abrams may spawn its about 50%)respawn is 45min-2.5hrs
beard from coruduth to abrams
6)give key and arcanum to hlesson, recieve voucher
tanks give to kellek
healers to wenglecks
casters back to hlesson
recieve presents and nobles seal

This is how the quest is suppose to work. On step two the corporal never repops when he gets to the fay camp and so won't accept the trigger word attack. If I wait for them to despawn which should also work Krofer just eats my note. This quest was notoriously buggy on live as well on this part so to make sure it is broken i did it 4 times using the despawn method after following them to the camp and trying the attack trigger word.

With the faction groups in wl i have to do it at off hours or beg for them to leave krofer alone as well.

Side question could I petition and have the note i was suppose to get from krofer to give to drioc about my failure given to me?
