Crashing when camping - compatibility question

I've searched the forums and found several posts on this issue, but I haven't been able to fix this. I crash when camping (normally, after sitting) to character select. Screen goes black and music plays and I can see the EQ pointer, but then a crash. I am using the Launch Titanium icon with a shortcut, as instructed in the "Installation" post. Windows 10. When I right click that icon (or the main icon in the root file), there is no tab for "compatibility." Am I missing something? Should I be running compatibility mode from a different root file?
