Just started playing EQ again, and I've never done Velious. What level realistically can a warrior+shaman duo go there?

Generally 30, maybe a little sooner. Lowest mobs are something like lvl28.

Yeah, around 30-ish.

I remember back in 2002 going to Iceclad Ocean and fighting snow cougars with my Shaman. Ah memories..
