Spell Files Outdated

Greetings all,

As someone who played the original EQ back in the day, I decided to give Project 1999 a try.
I followed all the install and set-up instructions, but when I launch the game I have 4-5 "Unknown Zone" and "Unknown Class" characters that relay the message:
"Your spell files is outdated"
"Please visit project1999.com"
"and get the latest files from"
"the getting started post"

I've searched the getting started post and other websites but every link I could find would lead to a timeout.
I've unzipped the P99Files41 zip file into my Titanium directory, but still get those errors.

Any help would much appreciated.
