Memory issue when headed to Character screen

Hello,

Been working on this problem for a few hours now. I am getting a noticed about something like 01x02.... Memory could not read.

I have tried adjusting resolution files in the eqclient.ini file, tried downloading WinEQ.. Not quite sure what to do from here.

Any thoughts?
