Default Running P99 on Boot Camped Mac

Hello just wondering if anybody runs this game on a bootcamped Mac? It runs well when it works, but crashes a lot and sometimes gives me the cannot find eqgame error when I try and start it up. Any help with that would be appreciated. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I use Wineskin and have not had a problem. I did however have a problem with Bootcamp when I originally tried to install it a few years ago. Gave up and then discovered Wineskin.

This is a great tutorial video: https://youtu.be/_xfNbEUVweM

By the way, after this thread keep it to yourself that you use a Mac. We're the Steven Glansbergs of the server.

Hmm never heard of it, but I'll have to check it out. Thanks.

PS. Thanks for heads up, nobody should have to eat alone.

Wayyy easier to deal with Wineskin, in my opinion. It's essentially just like opening an application. Have to play windowed mode - that's the only downside if you prefer fullscreen.

Good luck!

Nice! If you have any problems, let me know. I'm not a pro but I've futzed around with my settings enough that I might be able to help with minor issues...
