New installation on old computer keeps crashing at launch

I installed EQ Titanium on my bros computer which is a few years old. I can connect to the login server and everything works fine until I try to connect to P1999 server. It crashes during loading screen every time with the following error:

Everquest Windows - Application error.
The instruction at 0x025945B4 referenced memory at 0x0319F0B4. The memory could not be read.


Anyone know the solution to this?


Ive also installed free Steam version of EQ and it gives the same error when trying to launch
